张彬，男，医学博士，主任医师，教授、博士生导师。现任聊城大学医学院院长、泰山医学院聊城临床学院院长、泰山医学院口腔医学院院长兼口腔颌面外科教研室主任；中华口腔医学会理事、中华口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专业委员会常委、中华口腔医学会全科口腔医学专业委员会常委、中华医学会肿瘤学分会委员、中华医学会行为医学分会委员、中国抗癌协会头颈肿瘤专业委员会委员；山东省口腔医学会副会长、山东省口腔医学会口腔生物医学分会主任委员、山东省口腔医学会口腔颌面外科分会副主任委员、山东省口腔医学会口腔颌面头颈肿瘤分会副主任委员、山东省医学会肿瘤学分会副主任委员；山东省医院健康管理协会副会长、山东省医院健康管理协会口腔健康管理分会主任委员；山东省医师协会常务理事、山东省医师协会口腔颌面外科医师分会副主任委员；《中华行为医学与脑科学杂志》编委、《中国口腔颌面外科杂志》编委、《山东医药》主编；山东省卫生经济协会常务理事、山东省医疗质量管理委员会主任委员；山东省医院协会常务理事；山东省卫生厅管理专家委员会委员，山东省人大代表，全国先进工作者。研究方向：口腔颌面先后天畸形的整复研究。擅长颌面部肿瘤、炎症、外伤等疾病的诊断与治疗。主持承担国家自然科学基金、山东省科技发展计划项目和山东省自然科学基金项目等10余项；主持完成科研成果7项，分别获山东省科技进步奖等省部级奖励6项。发表论文60余篇，其中SCI收录30余篇；由人民卫生出版社和人民军医出版社等出版专业著作13部。
